Complex “AMARA” is situated at the entrance to the most famous part of Sunny Beach - Cacao Beach with it’s incredibly stylish beach bars and the best in entertainment and water sports for the area. The complex is made up of 3 high quality high specification buildings with Swimming-Pool, Pool-Bar, Open Air Fitness, Shop, Beauty Salon, and Dry cleaners.

• Building “A” is the largest with total build area – 3,200 Sq. meters.

• Buildings “B” and “C” are smaller and of the same design with build area 1,000 Sq. meters each.

The three buildings have their own elevators. The reception for the complex will be in building “A”.
During may 2009 there will 3 show-room apartments in Amara “A”. This is being done to uniquely provide prospective clients with a real example of our finishing’s for the walls and the floors, bathrooms and designer furniture.

Furniture packs as will be seen in our show apartments are available at an additional cost.

The buildings facade will be of natural stone made from Travertin and Vratsa . Interior design will be from natural non slip stone, bricks – High quality. There will be and one Web-camera, where every person can watch the building progress.

Payment plan:
• 1000 Euro deposit
• 40% in 15 days after signing the preliminary contract
• The full terms are detailed in the Preliminary Agreement
