The luxurious holiday complex is situated in a quiet area between the world-famous resort Sunny Beach and the green southern slope of the Balkan Mountain in the direction of the holiday village of Kosharitsa – just 4 km away from the wonderful beaches of Bulgaria. The access to the complex is easy and convenient. Transfers from the airport in Burgas are possible.

The houses can be sold at the following levels of completion:

Kitchen: cabinets – upper and lower row with installed kitchen appliances – absorber, hot plates with two rings, sink with mixing battery, ceramic hob. There are two packages for complete furnishing that can be ordered and paid additionally.
The houses have saddle roofs, stone and wood panels, stonewalls and cobblestone pavement alleys, that create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
Every one of the houses has a spacious living room, guest room, two or three bedrooms, inside and outside fireplace, two bathrooms and a nice green yard. The project provides for the usage of ecologic materials, monolith implementation, flawless functional solution, and the most modern hydro and thermoisolation, fully consistent with the modern tendencies and European construction standards. There is a verandah in front of every house that has a pergola with a winding vineyard. There is also an outside fireplace on each verandah, around which the tourists can rest and enjoy the nice view of the mountain.
