The “Golden Fish” Complex is composed of one residential building. The complex is located in one of Bulgaria's best resorts near Sozopol standing at 20 km south to the city of Burgas. The management of the holiday complex “GOLDEN FISH” by “TEKOM ENGINEERING” Ltd. includes:
• overall security of the complex;
• maintenance of the outer communications (electrical, water supply and sewerage) and repair of any damages in connection with them;
• maintenance of the outer lawns, the lighting, maintenance of the trees
• maintenance of the cleanliness of the common parts and the grounds around the building, as well as of the parking areas and around the garages.
