• South-West part of Bulgaria – in the city of Bansko

Construction
• The complex includes 4 luxury class houses with double entries and a hotel
• The complex has an Act 16

Payment Plan
• 70% of the total price – paid at the signing of the contract
• 30% - paid 1 month after the signing of the contact
Option for individual changes in the payment plan.

Prices and Fees
• Prices vary from 1200 EUR to 1300 EUR per sq.m
• Property Management and Maintenance fee - 15 EUR per sq.m paid once annually (VAT not included) – includes security, green areas maintenance, garden lightening as well as free use of:
- parking
- game room and ski wardrobe
- sauna and steam showers in working hours

• Standard one-bedroom apartments 80 to 100 sq.m

• The apartments are fully furnished with Bulgarian made furniture. The client cannot refuse furnishing since it is specially measured

“St. Ivan RIlski” is built in a typical Alpine style with elements of the traditional Bulgarian architecture. The place on which the complex is located is named after the most celebrated saint of those lands called St. Ivan Rilski.
